Finaly!!

my last blog post didn't work for some messed up reason. but as I was saying. I have finally got my Treo Phone!! woohoo now I'm partialy back on track. well I guess I'm back on a ostensible track, but that's just to how I'm projecting my self for now. getting my new cell phone wassnt easy I had to pay for it since I didn't get a police report when I should have. I wish I was procrastinating but if I was it would have been last minute and I wouldn't be out 600 dollars of my money. hymmm aprils coming up soon I can't wait I'm saving up for a new camera and lens. Ugh its going to be an arm and a leg but I'm adept with my camera and want to move on to something more complicated. ;) ... well that's it for now.

fucken tribe sucks

blah.. as on my earlier post i had mentioned i had gotten a violation of tribal code by the use of Illegal fireworks. with that came a 155 dollar fine and 10 days jail time with 10 days suspended. it was my first offense ever on the on the tribe. I didn't get no leniency, But however i did plead guilty to the offense just to expedite my stay in the damn court.

so why am i talking about this again. well some where in our, gawdamn, Tribal code there is a law or amendment or something like that, that states in some law language that says if you get a ticket or offense of tribal code you get 25% of your monthly per capita taken away from you or is forfeited to the Tribe.

To me this sucks balls!! its a little of 500 dollar out of my monthly allowance. ahahaha... I know that other tribes dont get dick. or some just get enough to make some ends meet every quarter. there are some tribes that get so much that they dont even know what to do with the money.

So in other words im just hurt that i got it taken out of my PerCap. so FUCK!!! hahaha I work so ill Live to light fireworks another day!

FireWorks

well this past monday i had a court hearing here on the Rez for lighting and possession of fireworks. yes FIREWORKS it was fuggen dumb but its my own damn fault. It was my first time in the court system here at home and i didnt like it at all.
I just plead guilty for the charge and paid my fine. if i wasnt able to pay my fine i would have had to spend 10 days in county for the crime commited. on the rez its a class 4 criminal misdemeanor. i think thats what it was. i dunno.
when i plead out the prosecutors gave me 155 dollar fine or 10days. so I went to go pawn in my camera and took care of the fine.

Everything Cant Be done in one Friday.

what a fuggen Boring ass day honestly i cant even get by with out wanting to crawl under the desk and get some sleep. what i used to do to past the time is on friday i would bring my xBox in for some online play, but not I cant even do that. as you , i think, may have seen on recent post that i have taken my xbox appart because it decided to stop working on me. Ugh the day it happend i was playing Spinter Cell Double Agent. I had just beaten the Prison level and it was loadind on to the next, then it happened, a glitch!!! the video card had an error and the whole system froze up on me. At that very moment I was filled with dread that I might have a damaged disc, but i figured the hell with it its late at night and i need to get some sleep cause i have work in the morning, and as they say the rest is history.

blah cheep story. but yeah im tired and i have contacts in.

A change in the Wind
Fridays are going to start taken on a new meaning for me as well as Mondays. Here at work i need to change my schedule to Mon-Thurs working 10 hours each day. right now Im scheduled to work tues-fri but i come in basically when ever i feel like it. Some times i make 80 hours some times i don't and allot of times i make over 80. I need to do this because i want to get in the habbit of going to san carlos for the sunrise dances out there. i want to sing and i want to go to sweat and help out with the things out there. most of all i just want to get away from my rez. people say why san carlos whats out there? i dont say nothing to them but in my mind its because im with people that are differnt than people out here. everyone here is Lost and i dont like it. well thats just how i feal. also on that i have friends out there that i like to go see from time to time.

iTunes

okay so today someone asked me how to convert iTunes downloaded music to MP3 Format. I know i have actually searched the internet trying to find some means of free or opensource software to convert Apples encrypted (protected) MPEG4 format. In all the searches i have only come to dead ends or softwear that requires me to listen to the song through its entirty while it records it in MP3 Format. sure i wouldnt mind doing that when i want to listen to the song but it can prove timly if i have to sit and listen to 22 tracks one by one.

With all that said.

there is a way with iTunes that dont take as long but would require you to Sacrafice one CD-R.

1.Burn all your tracks you want to conver to CD in iTunes. (make new cd with your music)
2.Rip the Music tracks you just burnt to MP3 Format.

and thats it. two simple steps. Some people may think of this way as time consuming but i find it sorta a win win situation. you have a new CD you can take with you in the Car, and you have your MP3s you wanted. savvy?

there is a guy i have heard about who when he was 15 he Cracked the Encrypted algorithm used in DVD protection. well this doot he Claims to have Reverse Engineerd FairPlay, Appls DRM encryption tech that prevents users from playing iTunes Tracks on Unauthorized Computers.. well hes 22 now and his name is.. Jon Lech Johansen dubed 'DVD Jon'.

I was outside Nikkis place in flag. this was after i droped off my sister and brother in ktown. i had decided to stop in flag and kick it with nikki. since it was snowing out i just decided to say for the evening. hahahaha Kaiden, Nikkis son, is a hand full and a great lil guy.. i was sad to leave but i had to get my ass home. mom and dad proly wanted the car back and the chevron gas card too.

at the radisson again.

YES Dr. Pepper I love it. I had to go upstairs to the 5th floor vending machines to get this 150 soda YES i said $1.50 fuggen expensive ass can of pop. but it was worth it. i was at the radisson deleting some spywear that had been installed on the front desk computer. some dumb shit that was posing as a SpyWear cleaner that infact was spywear its self. I rebooted the computer and used a Boot disk to clean out the system. Ultimate Boot disk for windows is what i used. its really a great program if you have computers that for some reason get a lot of spywear on there computers. I got word of this program from DU. one of the members used it to clean out some spy wear from Abels computer... Yeep...

at work.

some times the days are just to short and some days time seems to come to a crawl as the grains drop one at a time. this pic was taken inside the server room here at work. i dont remember what i was doing there at that time but i knew it was or had to do with Opera. one of our vendors had to do some updates to the computers and i had to be there to help him out. for one thing it took a long ass time to figure out what was wrong with one of the computers. i gues it wasnt getting a connection to the internet and thats what it needed. that server that opera runs on had two NIC connections one had internet and the other one didnt. for some reason the second connection that didnt have any internet keept taken over as the primary and the other one wouldnt work. i dont know how to tell the server to use connection 2 as the primary and thats what one of my co workers had to do. and yes that did fix it. well yeah.... so thats what i was doing in there.....

San Carlos

the other day i dont know or remeber when but it wasnt to long ago i went to san carlos to check out my cousins and just hang out and do what ever. that night we had gotten a few drinks at the Beverage House. this place had all kinds of drinks there and we just got a few just for us that night. well anyways we was going to go out that night and try to do what ever just to pass the time away for the evening. Well what happend that night wasnt really what we wanted to do. I just got tired and chilled at a friends house while gary kicked it out side. then after that i just left and we went back to the casino from there we didnt find anyone els to kick it with so we just went home and called it a night.... I know boring but oh well thats just how it is some times on the Rez. LOL or maybe we just werent looking hard enough for some satisfaction.. haha...

okay yeah a few months ago I went to morongo pow wow after I was just barely getting over my "hoof" incident in mexico. it was a pretti good pow wow and all but it was hella winda and slightly cold. when I got the the pow wow the first day I got me a freggin expensive ass ndn taco and tried to sit down to enjoy it. I was just about half was through a big gust of wind blew up a crap load of dust. ugh it was awfull I got a face full of dust and my taco had a fresh layer of minerals a vitamans I didn't want hahaha.. so I just tossed it and finished the rest of my dr pepper. oh yeah dr pepper.... anywho later that evening I was kicken it with some of the models after we got out of the club just taken some pics out front to kill some time. and that's what that first pic is of. quese I think brandon.... stefany.. and.....sheena! yeah.. it wss kool the I just wish I had had a monopod. ohwell... so yeah. I was there steaken it out at the pow wow trying to scope out some hotties if there was any and I seen a few familiar faces about. just a few I'd say hi to and the rest a simple nod too. I was there to see someone but I never did so I just split and hung out at the casino. had a martini and waited to go... the next day was alright just spent most of it upstairs in the club getting ready for the fashion show that night.. the fashion show was alright. it didn't go as planned but it did work out. we had a good time and after the show we headed to the 49 hahaha... dayymmm it was really neat. but cold!!! bunch of drunken ndns singing songs and just hangin out. we didn't leave till like 4 am.. when we could see the sun coming up ugh it was crazy... that was the day I was supposed to leave wit my bro doug. when he came I was still out of it trying to shake off my deep sleep. him and he's bros helped me take all my sit down stairs.. hahahaha they were all triped out at who I was staying with.. yup da models.. on the ride home I slept most of the way and sat shot gun.. hehehe... yeah... good times.....

Bored at the Radisson

Yeah I'm so fuggen bored here at the radisson. one of the computers here is having some issues with sending and reciving emails. so what I did is uninstall outlook and take out all the damn registry entries one by one manually. (wich is very dangerous) now I'm reinstalling it. hopfully it works smooth from here out. blah. that That Yellow Sticky Note is just a bunch of doodles and the serial number of the machine. well I'm rebooting now I hope it fuggen works!!!!!

screwd up at work

Yeah I was messing with my camera here at work just before i head home. I lined up a bunch of screws I have laying around here in my office from when i took my xBox 360 apart.. that of wich is still laying in ruins under my desk. thats another issue. I had this 360 for around 9 months when it crapped out on me. so i figure ill just get another one and get a PS3 at the same time.. but no that didnt happen. i was thinking too big for my own good. So anywho I also just wanted to see what was in side this machine. just a few parts and thats about it. ill proly post some pics of the insides later....... man.. today was just plan old Boring.. I had to fix a few computers and a few are still needed to be worked on. Like theone from the Stewardiss office at the radisson, and one in the radisson offices. ugh.. tomorrow i shall have some things to do woo ;) gee its almost time to head home.. Im planning on taken off around 10 so. hopefully i dont get any immportant calls between now and then,why?, so I will be Home Free!

So Tired Today.

Today was one of the longest days I have had. simply because I got up so early. I had stayed the night in sancarlos after picking up my cousin gary from fort mcdowell, just before that i had just came swooping in fron flag. driving just over 400 or so miles we decided to try and get a party started. I got some drinks at the beverage house. a place in globe I have been buying my drinks from since I was 18. after gathering a few tasty drinks we went on a mission to find a parrty but all we found were the bottoms of empty bottles. eh... its all good. can't win em all ;). as for me I kicked back with a friend for a while till she got tired aand wanted to get some sleep. Sleep.. that's what I want now. I was falling asleep at work as you can see in the above pic. yeah I suppose ill gt some sleep or ill be draggen ass tomorrow as well... lata

The Snow Man on top of my car I made this to send to someone just because. Can you see nikki in the back ground? haha i didnt have anything to use for the Eyes Nose or Ears so i just left it blank. I got some Needles from the nearest pine tree and jabbed them in the side and it made it look like arms streching out for a hug lol.*zhh zhh zhh zhh zhh*.. After getting ready to leave and what not we headed over to nikkis brothers spot in flag, thats when everything started to get just a LilBit better......

the night of snow

saturday Night Nikki, Jerome, and I went to ruby tuesdays to get some food before we did anything that night. Nikki got a steak and so did I. Jerome had the BBQ buger that looked almost as good as my juicey steak.*mouth waters just thinking of it* but yeah we had dinner there and just yaped about anything. while we where there I noticed some eyes looking at me. at first I thought it was someone noticeing the large welt on my forehead from the snow ball that was chucked at me from the second floor of jeromes appartment complex. but he assuerd me it had gone away. argh nikki still must pay for that lil incident lol. anywho.. I was trying to figure out who's eyes kept looking at me. she looked really familiar but I just couldn't put my finger on it. I swear I caught her looking at me 8 or 9 times each time making direct eye contact. eh I dunno... it was just weird. so yeah... after that delicious feast we decided to go to the movies. there in the parking lot is were I got this picture of the snow in the light. it was snowing pretty good. and from the time we went in and the came back out again it must have snowed 3 inches on my car. The movie was good, we went to go watch "The Pursuit of Happiness" Will Smith played a struggling father who's spouce left him for her happiness in an another city... in the end he becomes a stock broker who goes on to make millions of dollars... yup movie with a happy ending.

After the movies we went back to jeromes to get readdy to go sledding down the road from his place... the snow there was really compact and it was slick all the way down the slope. so I didn't even try. I didn't even wanna walk back up the hill. but I'm just glad I got a few snap shots and had a good time....

the other day on my way back from flagstaff.. well come to think of it, it was yesterday. I was on my way back and wanted a bite from McDonalds. the selection hasn't changed for a long ass time. well I'm sure that's true for most fast food chains. well anyway I got me a 10 piece nuggets and a large orange Hi-C drink. I told a friend I got some and asked if they wanted any. before they could reply I sent them this image of just one left that had a bite out of it. hahaha. TOO Late! yeah I thought it was brilliant and amusing at the time but I'm sure its just lame. but yeah. I'm finaly blogging it since yesterday.. well I'm here at work just kicking back wondering if I'm going to sedona tomorrow. I hope I am I want to say away for as long as possible. all weekend I been in flag and yesterday I did an overnighter at garys in MoonBase. ugh it was cold. yeah... I knew it was going to go to shyt so I just confessed to the fireworks before they got reverse psycology on me. hahah.. in the end they gave me a citation for possesion and use of fire works.. so now I gotta go to court on the 26th of february. blah..... so yeah....
