blah.. as on my earlier post i had mentioned i had gotten a violation of tribal code by the use of Illegal fireworks. with that came a 155 dollar fine and 10 days jail time with 10 days suspended. it was my first offense ever on the on the tribe. I didn't get no leniency, But however i did plead guilty to the offense just to expedite my stay in the damn court.
so why am i talking about this again. well some where in our, gawdamn, Tribal code there is a law or amendment or something like that, that states in some law language that says if you get a ticket or offense of tribal code you get 25% of your monthly per capita taken away from you or is forfeited to the Tribe.
To me this sucks balls!! its a little of 500 dollar out of my monthly allowance. ahahaha... I know that other tribes dont get dick. or some just get enough to make some ends meet every quarter. there are some tribes that get so much that they dont even know what to do with the money.
So in other words im just hurt that i got it taken out of my PerCap. so FUCK!!! hahaha I work so ill Live to light fireworks another day!

FireWorks
well this past monday i had a court hearing here on the Rez for lighting and possession of fireworks. yes FIREWORKS it was fuggen dumb but its my own damn fault. It was my first time in the court system here at home and i didnt like it at all.
I just plead guilty for the charge and paid my fine. if i wasnt able to pay my fine i would have had to spend 10 days in county for the crime commited. on the rez its a class 4 criminal misdemeanor. i think thats what it was. i dunno.
when i plead out the prosecutors gave me 155 dollar fine or 10days. so I went to go pawn in my camera and took care of the fine.
Case Closed

Everything Cant Be done in one Friday.
what a fuggen Boring ass day honestly i cant even get by with out wanting to crawl under the desk and get some sleep. what i used to do to past the time is on friday i would bring my xBox in for some online play, but not I cant even do that. as you , i think, may have seen on recent post that i have taken my xbox appart because it decided to stop working on me. Ugh the day it happend i was playing Spinter Cell Double Agent. I had just beaten the Prison level and it was loadind on to the next, then it happened, a glitch!!! the video card had an error and the whole system froze up on me. At that very moment I was filled with dread that I might have a damaged disc, but i figured the hell with it its late at night and i need to get some sleep cause i have work in the morning, and as they say the rest is history.
blah cheep story. but yeah im tired and i have contacts in.
A change in the Wind
Fridays are going to start taken on a new meaning for me as well as Mondays. Here at work i need to change my schedule to Mon-Thurs working 10 hours each day. right now Im scheduled to work tues-fri but i come in basically when ever i feel like it. Some times i make 80 hours some times i don't and allot of times i make over 80. I need to do this because i want to get in the habbit of going to san carlos for the sunrise dances out there. i want to sing and i want to go to sweat and help out with the things out there. most of all i just want to get away from my rez. people say why san carlos whats out there? i dont say nothing to them but in my mind its because im with people that are differnt than people out here. everyone here is Lost and i dont like it. well thats just how i feal. also on that i have friends out there that i like to go see from time to time.

iTunes
okay so today someone asked me how to convert iTunes downloaded music to MP3 Format. I know i have actually searched the internet trying to find some means of free or opensource software to convert Apples encrypted (protected) MPEG4 format. In all the searches i have only come to dead ends or softwear that requires me to listen to the song through its entirty while it records it in MP3 Format. sure i wouldnt mind doing that when i want to listen to the song but it can prove timly if i have to sit and listen to 22 tracks one by one.
With all that said.
there is a way with iTunes that dont take as long but would require you to Sacrafice one CD-R.
1.Burn all your tracks you want to conver to CD in iTunes. (make new cd with your music)
2.Rip the Music tracks you just burnt to MP3 Format.
and thats it. two simple steps. Some people may think of this way as time consuming but i find it sorta a win win situation. you have a new CD you can take with you in the Car, and you have your MP3s you wanted. savvy?
just to let you know
there is a guy i have heard about who when he was 15 he Cracked the Encrypted algorithm used in DVD protection. well this doot he Claims to have Reverse Engineerd FairPlay, Appls DRM encryption tech that prevents users from playing iTunes Tracks on Unauthorized Computers.. well hes 22 now and his name is.. Jon Lech Johansen dubed 'DVD Jon'.
okay enough of that....
With all that said.

Hey thats me. I was outside Nikkis place in flag. this was after i droped off my sister and brother in ktown. i had decided to stop in flag and kick it with nikki. since it was snowing out i just decided to say for the evening. hahahaha Kaiden, Nikkis son, is a hand full and a great lil guy.. i was sad to leave but i had to get my ass home. mom and dad proly wanted the car back and the chevron gas card too.

I was on my way to kayenta to take my sister and lil brother back. they had school on monday and had to be in. this picture I took when i was getting some gas at chevron on Carefree Highway and I-17. it was really a great image.
at the radisson again.
YES Dr. Pepper I love it. I had to go upstairs to the 5th floor vending machines to get this 150 soda YES i said $1.50 fuggen expensive ass can of pop. but it was worth it. i was at the radisson deleting some spywear that had been installed on the front desk computer. some dumb shit that was posing as a SpyWear cleaner that infact was spywear its self. I rebooted the computer and used a Boot disk to clean out the system. Ultimate Boot disk for windows is what i used. its really a great program if you have computers that for some reason get a lot of spywear on there computers. I got word of this program from DU. one of the members used it to clean out some spy wear from Abels computer... Yeep...at work.
some times the days are just to short and some days time seems to come to a crawl as the grains drop one at a time. this pic was taken inside the server room here at work. i dont remember what i was doing there at that time but i knew it was or had to do with Opera. one of our vendors had to do some updates to the computers and i had to be there to help him out. for one thing it took a long ass time to figure out what was wrong with one of the computers. i gues it wasnt getting a connection to the internet and thats what it needed. that server that opera runs on had two NIC connections one had internet and the other one didnt. for some reason the second connection that didnt have any internet keept taken over as the primary and the other one wouldnt work. i dont know how to tell the server to use connection 2 as the primary and thats what one of my co workers had to do. and yes that did fix it. well yeah.... so thats what i was doing in there..... San Carlos
the other day i dont know or remeber when but it wasnt to long ago i went to san carlos to check out my cousins and just hang out and do what ever. that night we had gotten a few drinks at the Beverage House. this place had all kinds of drinks there and we just got a few just for us that night. well anyways we was going to go out that night and try to do what ever just to pass the time away for the evening. Well what happend that night wasnt really what we wanted to do. I just got tired and chilled at a friends house while gary kicked it out side. then after that i just left and we went back to the casino from there we didnt find anyone els to kick it with so we just went home and called it a night.... I know boring but oh well thats just how it is some times on the Rez. LOL or maybe we just werent looking hard enough for some satisfaction.. haha...
